My project 365 – Day 223 to 226 {one good thing}

Trying to get back into the swing of things in more ways than one. We returned home from our little last hurrah for summer getaway after extending it one extra day because it was so much fun. I’m glad we had the chance to get away for a few days and have a little vacation. Captiva Island was the perfect spot for some laid back fun and relaxation. I will share more soon. Promise! For now, here are the last 4 days of my #onegoodthing posts. Day 223: We arrived in Captiva Friday afternoon after a long and rainy drive. It rained on and off all evening but not enough to tale away from this beautiful sunset. I love love love the Gulf of Mexico and the beaches on the west coast of Florida. We collected so many shells. They are everywhere. All you have to do is scoop up a handful of sand and voila, shells. Day 224: Saturday started bright and early since we rented a boat for the day. It was great to see the sun rise over the bay. So beautiful. We had a good day and stopped at a restaurant that’s only accessible by boat. […]
